This Personal Data Protection Policy applies to customers and users of the offers and services marketed on all LEVAPARC sites.

Why does LEVAPARC process your data?
LEVAPARC only processes personal data for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes. LEVAPARC does not process this data in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.
LEVAPARC processes your data as part of the execution of a contract.
To this end, the purposes pursued by LEVAPARC are as follows:

- invoice and collect payments;
- provide After-Sales Service;
- manage personal data, characteristics, and rights of a contract;

Your data is kept for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above. In the case of processing related to the execution of the contract, the data may be kept for a period of three years from the end of the relationship.
LEVAPARC does not process data for purposes other than the strict execution of contracts. In all cases, LEVAPARC ensures that it has a legitimate interest in carrying out the processing.
Without being exhaustive, the ancillary and legitimate purposes pursued by LEVAPARC are as follows:
- analyze usage to make proposals to the customer;
- survey customers or users;
- improve offers and customer relations;
- ensure the security of platforms and services;
- prepare for the deployment or renovation of sites and networks;
- deploy and operate sites and networks;
- deploy and operate offers and services;
- combat fraud.
Your data is kept for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above.
LEVAPARC also processes your data to meet its legal or regulatory obligations.
To this end, the purposes pursued by LEVAPARC are as follows:
- retain the data required to be able to meet legal obligations;
- manage requests for data disclosure from authorized authorities;
- manage interception requests;
- ensure the blocking, upon use, of stolen access cards declared as such.
Your data may be kept for the time necessary to enable LEVAPARC to meet its legal obligations.
LEVAPARC is also likely to process your data for statistical purposes. In this case, all data is anonymised beforehand.
LEVAPARC does not engage in telephone canvassing or commercial prospecting.
What data is processed?
Depending on the case, LEVAPARC processes your personal data, directly collected from you or resulting from the use of products or services. LEVAPARC may also receive data that has been collected from you by a third party.

Who are the recipients of your data?
The collected data is intended for LEVAPARC's internal services and its subcontractors.
The data may also be processed by LEVAPARC's partners. These are situations where partners intervene for the provision of services. It may also involve processing for which your consent is sought. Finally, the processed data may be transmitted to competent authorities, upon request, in the context of legal proceedings, judicial investigations and requests for information from authorities or to comply with other legal obligations.
Is your data processed outside the EU?
The collected data is not likely to be processed outside the European Union.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access, rectify and delete the data concerning you. You also have the right to oppose the processing carried out or to request its limitation.
You can issue directives on the retention, deletion, or communication of your personal data after your death.
How to exercise your rights?
You can exercise your rights at any time, as well as contact the Data Protection Officer at the addresses below.
Any request to exercise your rights must be in writing and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document (national identity card issued by the French State or European Union identity card or passport, resident card issued by the French State, residence permit issued by the French State or circulation book issued by the French State). A response will be sent to you within one month of receiving your request.

Possibility to contact the CNIL
If your exchanges with LEVAPARC have not been satisfactory, you have the possibility to file a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the supervisory authority in charge of compliance with personal data protection obligations in France.
How is your data secured?
LEVAPARC ensures that your data is processed securely and confidentially, including when certain operations are carried out by subcontractors. To this end, appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration and deletion of your personal data. These measures are adapted according to the sensitivity level of the data processed and the risk level presented by the processing or its implementation.
