I want to subscribe to a LEVAPARC parking subscription, how should I proceed?
After clicking on the 'Park in a parking lot' section from the homepage, select the subscription category corresponding to your needs. The available parking lots according to your search will be displayed. Then, simply click on the parking lot of your choice, fill in the requested information and provide the necessary payment details.
Depending on their capacity, only available parking lots are open for subscription.
How do I create my account?
Create an account to park in a parking lot:
Go to the 'My Account' section and select 'In Parking'. Then click on 'LOGIN' and select 'create an account'. Fill in the requested fields and you will receive an email asking for confirmation. Click on 'confirm here' and you will be automatically redirected to our website; your account will then be created.
Create an account to park on the street:
Go to the 'My Account' section and select 'On the Street'. Then click on 'Sign Up' and fill in the requested fields. You will receive an email asking for confirmation. Click on 'confirm here' and you will be automatically redirected to our website; your account will then be created.
How do I pay for my subscription?
The subscription is payable monthly by direct debit from the bank card provided at the time of subscription.
Can I subscribe to a dedicated spot in your parking lot?
No. Your subscription guarantees a spot in the chosen parking lot, but it is not dedicated. Park your vehicle in the first available spot unless otherwise indicated (spaces reserved for persons with disabilities or spaces blocked off for upcoming works, etc.).
I am subscribed to the Louise Michel parking lot, can I park with the same subscription in another lot?
No. Your subscription allows you to park only in the parking lot to which you are subscribed. In other parking lots, you are considered an 'hourly' customer and must pay the due amount upon exit.
I have a 'Day' or 'Night' subscription; what happens if I exceed my entry or exit time?
If you have opted for a "Night" or "Day" subscription and you exceed your subscription time slot, your access card will generate an additional fee at the hourly rate according to the observed overrun. Example: you enter an hour before your subscription time slot or exit an hour after, when you collect your vehicle, you will have to go to the automatic cashier to pay the amount corresponding to one hour of parking. Payment is also possible at the exit terminal by credit card only. Note: any quarter hour started is due. If payment is not made, you will be blocked at the exit barrier.
I have a subscription or a valid plan, but the parking entrance sign says "Full": what should I do?
You can enter and park. Your access to the parking is guaranteed even if the display board indicates "full", only "non-subscribers and non-plan holders" are concerned.
I have changed my car or address: what should I do?
Street parking
For users who subscribed directly from the website, the change of address, registration or phone number can be made directly from the customer area.
It is also possible to inform us by email at contact@levaparc.fr accompanied by proof of change of registration (car registration certificate) or address (latest rent receipt, latest service charge notice, latest utility bill, etc.).
Parking garages
Just inform us by email at contact@levaparc.fr accompanied by proof of change of registration (car registration certificate) or address (latest rent receipt, latest service charge notice, latest utility bill, etc.).
For the proper processing of your request, please kindly provide your subscription references (for example, your access card number) and, for a change of registration, specify the make, model, and colour of the new vehicle.
For users who subscribed directly from the website, the change of address or phone number can be made directly from the customer area.
The change of registration can only be made by LEVAPARC teams upon request by email.
I forgot my subscriber card and took a ticket at the entrance barrier: what will happen?
If you request a 'timed' ticket upon your arrival at the entrance terminal, you will lose the benefit of the subscription and will be required to pay for your parking at the time of exit, based on the current 'hourly' rate.
I forgot my subscriber card at home: can I get the exit barrier lifted to avoid having to go back and get it?
Yes, only exceptionally and after verification of your identity as well as the vehicle registration document by our security service.
I broke or lost my access card: what should I do?
Contact us on 01 55 90 54 00 before coming to pick up a new one at the LEVAPARC headquarters. Note that any replacement for a lost card is charged at €20. If your card is broken, we will replace it free of charge the first time. Subsequent replacements are charged at €20.
I have a subscription for my car and I want to park with my motorcycle, is this possible?
No. A motorcycle subscription must be taken out: parking in spaces dedicated to cars is prohibited.

No. A car subscription must be taken out: parking in spaces dedicated to motorcycles is prohibited.
I want to cancel my contract: how do I do it? What notice period must I observe?
The subscription can be cancelled at any time, subject to a one-month notice period. Note that any month commenced is due. Example, if you send your cancellation on 5 March, you remain subscribed until 30 April. Cancellation can be done by registered letter or email: make sure you receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your cancellation request from us. If not, contact us immediately.
The subscription taken out on the Internet can be cancelled directly from your customer area on our website www.LEVAPARC.fr with a 28-day notice period, starting from the first day of the last invoice issued.
I want to store items in a box: is this possible?
The 'Box' subscription only allows for the parking of a vehicle: the box cannot be used for storage purposes.
Are LEVAPARC car parks secure?
LEVAPARC car parks are subject to enhanced remote surveillance from our Central Command Post, located in Levallois-Perret.
Our security agents regularly patrol all of our car parks, both day and night, on a random basis.
However, please note that you are paying for a parking right and in no way for a security service.
Are the car parks open at night?
LEVAPARC car parks are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For security reasons, the gates are closed at night: if you are a subscriber or have a pass, use your card/ticket to enter. If you are a non-subscriber customer, request access via the intercom located at the entrance barrier, then take a ticket at the entrance barrier.
I did not take my ticket at the parking meter when paying for my on-street parking; will I be fined?
No, as long as the license plate number was correctly entered at the time of payment, it is no longer necessary to put a ticket on the windshield. In fact, you have the option to take it or not, as parking is now digitised.
