I want to subscribe to a parking in LEVAPARC, how should I proceed?

After clicking on the 'Parking in a car park' section from the homepage, select the subscription category that suits your needs, the available car parks following your search will be displayed, then simply click on the car park of your choice, fill in the required information and then the necessary payment details.

Depending on their capacity, only available car parks are open for subscription.

I didn’t take my ticket at the parking meter when paying for my street parking; will I be penalized?

No, if the vehicle's license plate was correctly entered at the time of payment, it is no longer mandatory to place a ticket on your windshield. You also have the option to request or not request a ticket, as parking is now dematerialized.

I’ve changed my car, address, or phone number: what should I do?

For users who subscribed directly from the website, the change of address, license plate, or phone number can be made directly from the customer area.

It is also possible to inform us by email at contact@levaparc.fr accompanied by proof of the change of registration (registration certificate) or address (most recent rent receipt, latest service charge bill, last energy bill, etc.).

You can inform us by email at contact@levaparc.fr accompanied by proof of the change of registration (registration certificate) or address (most recent rent receipt, latest service charge bill, last energy bill, etc.).

For the proper processing of your request, please provide your subscription references (e.g., your access card number) and specify, for a change of registration, the make, model, and color of the new vehicle.

For users who subscribed directly from the website, the change of address or phone number can be made directly from the customer area.

The change of registration, however, can only be made by the LEVAPARC teams upon request by email.

I’ve broken or lost my access card: what should I do?

We invite you to contact us by email at contact@levaparc.fr to arrange an appointment at the LEVAPARC headquarters to collect a new access card.

If the first issuance of a new card is not charged, from the second request, the issuance costs £20.

Are LEVAPARC car parks secure?

LEVAPARC car parks benefit partially from on-site security and partially from remote monitoring from our Central Command Post, located in the Verdun car park in Levallois. With more than 1,000 surveillance cameras and particularly regular and random patrols, LEVAPARC car parks benefit from optimal security.

However, we are obliged to specify that when parking in one of our car parks, you pay a parking fee and in no way a security fee.

I would like to cancel my contract: how do I do it? What notice period must I respect?

The subscription can be cancelled at any time, provided that one month's notice is given, and note that any month started is due.

For example, if you send your cancellation on 5 March, you will remain subscribed until 30 April. The cancellation can be done by email: however, make sure you receive a receipt of your cancellation request from us.

If this is not the case, we urge you to contact us immediately, as the email may not have been received.

An online subscription can also be cancelled directly from your customer area with a notice period of 28 days, starting on the 1st day of the last invoice issued.
